1. Agreement
By using the Wedzy app or wedzy.online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wedzy.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Paid plans
- Paid plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You are never charged again automatically.
- Wedding Pass and Wedding Pass Plus unlock Premium for 12 months from purchase. Keepsake lasts 12 months and can be bought again each year.
- A plan applies to the account you were signed in to when you paid, in both the Android and iPhone apps. Wedding Pass Plus also covers the family members you invite to your wedding.
- Each plan includes a monthly number of voice assistant commands, shown on the Pricing page. Unused commands do not carry over.
- The price is shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Wedzy. That means no attempts to break or overload our systems, no access to other people's accounts, no reselling of the service and no unlawful content.
5. Your content
You own the planning data and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Wedzy for you.
6. Third-party vendors
Vendor listings and contacts in Wedzy are for information only. Any agreement you make with a vendor is between you and that vendor.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Wedzy available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
